Here at Clio, we house some of the best jewellery makers in Dubai, boasting decades of experience, ensuring our customers will get nothing but the highest quality of craftmanship when they come to us.
The entire process of Jewellery Manufacturing is done under one roof, leading from Jewellery designing, production, setting and finishing, here in Gold & Diamond Park. We are able to customize the jewellery designs as per our customer’s needs quickly, efficiently and economically, giving maximum satisfaction to the customer. This also helps us provide quick and efficient after-sale services that are regularly required for jewellery, such as repairing and re-polishing.
Precious Gemstones.
With a wide collection of certified natural gemstones, we are well equipped to facilitate your needs for any variety of gemstone. We have one of the largest collections of Alexandrite, as well as Blue and Yellow Sapphires in Dubai, most of them originating from Sri Lanka. Check out our collection of gemstones here.
Another service we provide at Clio is gemstone cutting and polishing. With one of the best gemstone cutters in the business, you can be sure to receive the most pristine and clean gemstone cuts, when you come to us with your rough gems.

Once you have made a purchase from us, you have the option to request a full walkthrough of the manufacturing process of your jewellery, you can contact us either via E-Mail or WhatsApp, and we can send you updates there, from the initial CAD design to when the product is completed and when you can expect it.

When you purchase your jewellery from us, we will contact you to get the information we need in order to begin manufacturing the jewellery, such as ring sizes for example. However, if there is an issue with your jewellery, you can send it back to us and we will make the necessary readjustments and send it back to you.

You can use the address provided on our website’s contact page, or if you wish, you have the option to directly contact us either through the provided E-Mail or our WhatsApp number for directions. Once you reach the shop, you can show our employees your confirmation email and pick up your items.

Most of our gemstones are certified, however, if you were to purchase a stone that was not, we can have it certified within 2-3 business days. Same goes for our jewellery, if you wish, we can have your jewellery certified upon request. Our gemstones and jewellery are always certified through International Diamond Laboratories.

Yes, you can. If a piece of jewellery purchased from us requires repairing, we offer free repairs for the first 3 months. If you do not meet that criteria, we still do offer repairs for a small fee. This also applies to jewellery cleaning. Feel free to contact us for any inquiries.

Unfortunately we only ship inside the UAE at the moment. However we do have plans to offer international shipping in the future.

The prices are in USD (U.S Dollar) due to a limitation in the website builder used to make this website, as it does not offer AED (UAE currency) as an option for “displayed currency”. As a workaround, we have added the price in AED for every product page, calculated to have a margin of error of 1 AED when converted at checkout. So we guarantee you will be charged an accurate conversion rate when checking out with a UAE banking account.
